All my coaching programmes comprise of an hour-long session which take place over Zoom or in person, depending on your preference. I am based in the UK but accept clients from all over the world.
I offer three levels of coaching programmes which you can find listed below.
1-2-1 coaching.

This is a tailored package for individuals wanting a one-to-one coaching session to suit their individual needs. You can bring any subject that is a challenge or an obstacle for you and we can work together and find a way forward that suits you best.
Sessions comprise of six-1 Hour sessions to be arranged at a time that suits you. Every 2 to 4 weeks depending on your needs.
The duration of these sessions can be worked on between 3-6 months, depending on your needs.
Coaching with young people.

Secondary school is a difficult transition for a lot of young people, new rules, new and bigger school. Young people feel completely out of their comfort zone, everything they are familiar with completely changes.
More and more young people are suffering from anxiety. Coaching offers a safe and confidential space for young people to get to know themselves and how they would like to show up for themselves.
This package is designed to offer young people an opportunity to reduce their stress levels
grow their self-belief, confidence, and resilience.

Mindset coaching.

This package helps you to get familiar with how you think, how you use language and how the language you use affects you, how you sequence your actions and the results it brings.
This package will help you change your state, behaviour, and internal dialogue.
